Hi jocks!! Does anyone here are able to see auras or know someone? And if you have investigated yours, which color it is?

In my case, my eyes only can perceive the aura, but not yet color. I have been told my aura is blue. I checked in this page after the psychic told me:

Did you learn to see auras?
Whenever I'm sick I usually lie on my back, with my hands in front of my chest. I imagine a black vapour coming up from my body and gather it into a ball between my hands. Then I toss the ball away from me.

That test seems too vague. Mine said orange, but that seems strange.

Aura is also a medical term used for a pre-seizure epileptic state. Some neurologists contend that the aura is actually already a seizure, though I've learned to sometimes catch my seizure in the aura stage and prevent it from advancing with extra doses of meds, as my doctors permit me.

While in aura I have visual and auditory hallucinations. I do hear & see things that aren't there, and may see the other kind of surrounding aura I believe the OP means. But I retain my conscious faculties (unless a full seizure hits) and realize it's all an illusion, and pay what I'm experiencing no mind, except to prepare for a seizure and try to avert it.

So that I wonder if this other kind of aura is also an internal neurological condition people are experiencing, and not some detectable state that other people are emitting from themselves.

I know if I stare at something hard enough, maybe a golf ball before I strike it, it gets an "aura" too. But I don't think a golf ball actually emits an aura, do you?

It's several colours. It depends on mood, and layer of the aura, and health as well. Unhealthy areas in the body usually show up as red or black, and people usually have that when they have pain anywhere.

That said, blue can definitely mean calmness, but the location and quality of the blue is also important

I've never heard of a ball having an aura. from what I know however, spirits have auras and so do trees, and animals, basically anything animated.

I was at an Expo once and a teacher had a bright green aura.

The person I know of who can see auras is Valerie V. Hunt, author of Infinite Mind. See if you can find her on Facebook. I highly recommend reading her book Infinite Mind.

    Her website is www.malibupublishing.com.

I look forward to more of what you have to say.

Do you feel better after tossing the ball away from you? I ask because it reminds me of Qigong.

To the extent that the aura gets some help from chakras, I'd say a golf ball aura is not constructed in the same way the human aura is.

Second, you ask about neurological similarities. I will say this. Rolfing (a type of deep tissue massage) increases the strength of the aura.

I'd say your birthday is either November 17,18, or 19th.

If it is, that's a good thing!! Embrace it and keep asking questions.....it will always inspire you to look for the answers....

Perception of auras, is a skill that can be learned. I would recommend 'Hands of Light' by Barbara Brennan for a detailed exploration of the human energy field.

    I love this book.

I see auras at times. The first experience was by accident then I went on an energy healing course and learnt to see them properly.

I generally see them when people are in a high energy environment or on stage for some reason.

I did try the Aura meditation through mirror...the most prominent strong color I was emitting is Yellow...for some reason I don't like wearing anything to do with Yellow and now it somehow made some sense noe

I love the color blue all thorough probably a color I'm missing not emitting.

    Hmmm seems like it.

You're a deeply happy and content person, and you enjoy sharing your cheer with others.
