I feel like I am the only person who doesn't like coffee. All of my friends are freaking out on Facebook over the Spicy Pumpkin Latte coming back at Starbucks due to the arrival of fall, and I'm just like.. gross.

Flavored coffee isn't coffee. It really blows my mind when I see people at work drown their coffee with flavored artificial creamers and sugar. Bleh.

I hear ya Sharky,..the stronger, the better. It's my only vice really.
Some day I think they'll hook me up to an IV from Starbucks to revive me...icon_lol.gif

I don't get flavored coffee at Starbucks, just a double tall latte. But at home all I brew is Hazelnut coffee, the hazelnut flavor is added to the ground coffee already so I don't have to use a flavored creamer.

    I FUCKIN LOVE COFFEE!!!

Generally, I make it from espresso roast beans and I make a more concentrated brew.

I like it strong and black. I like it with a dose of 1/2 and 1/2. I LOVE it with about 4 tablespoons of Kerrygold Irish Butter. I use the cold coffee in the carafe over my fruit/nut/chocolate chip mix in the morning for "first breakfast".

Try mixing espresso into Chili. Mmmmmm!

I drink coffee black and instant. If I'm at Panera I get the Hazelnut. If I'm at Starbucks I get the green tea.

In less than 2 years, I will be working 12 hour shifts 3 times a week. I do not plan on suddenly growing fond of coffee because of this. I will simply get adequate sleep and eat snacks throughout the day.

I enjoy sweet tea. But you don't grow up in Oklahoma and not enjoy sweet iced tea. Not a fan of hot tea.

    Eight or nine? Excessive much?

I'm open when it comes to coffee. I can do regular coffee with a little sugar, regular coffee with some coffee mate flavored creamer, or a Starbucks latte. I've been getting their caramel frappuccinos lately and they're delicious.

My day is not right without its morning coffee--about three mugs of it made strong and with half & half. Once in a great while I sprinkle a little cinnamon into the basket before it brews. Iced coffee is good in the summer on the rare occasion that there is any left over from the morning pot.

When I was working, I would often stumble into the kitchen and set up my 6-cup moka pot so that I could put the entire contents into a large mug and add cream. Nice wake up.

Starbucks is a racket. It is one of those places where I feel that I must do their dance when I am there. Phooey!

It's OK with me if you don't care for coffee, but please allow me my little vice. It helps keep me moving.

Hey man, one day you will understand. I am not an all day coffee drinker , but it is just one of those things for some old people.

I have no other vices anymore. Gave up cigs in 1990. Gave up on sex (involuntarily) in 2005. Leave me my one remaining pleasure, eh?

    Oh alright. You deserve something.

I do like coffee, but it has to be bold and smooth, like African or Pacific rim area offers. I don't like acidity in coffees from Centrl America. I like some cream and splenda or sugar. To those who don't like Starbucks, I agree that their pricing is idiculoudly high so if I have their coffee, it's from my own coffee brewer. I can't believe pay the prices they do for drinks really anywhere. I mean soda for over $1.20 anywhere is just throwing money away. Drink water instead instead...much healthier option.

But I despise some coffee, like Dunkin Donuts. It's swill and smells rancide and tastes more like coffee-flavored water. Compare the smell of it when you open a bag of it...or when you brew it. It's horrible compared to Starbucks.
