Anyone else here take IsoPure whey isolates?

I am trying to figure out if I should take one more dose a day, currently taking 2 (2 50gram servings).

I know it will depend on ones goals with regard to weight/muscle gain, but I was hoping to see and find out what taking another dose would do for me, if anything beneficial.

Not a bodybuilder, but as a smaller framed guy, I'd not mind a bit more mass whilst still keeping my level of leaness.

    Thanks for the help...

IsoPure is a really good product and you're probably metabolizing the majority of the two servings you're taking. You're right that taking more is goal-dependent but I think if you're balancing out the rest of your day with a healthy diet you're probably doing well already. Tweak your timing - taking a dose right after lifting and the other an hour or so before bed if you're trying to bulk and I think you'll be happy.

I drink their bottled, carb-free stuff that tastes like Jolly Rancher candies. Each bottle is 40g of protein and I usually drink two a day.

I used to drink the 0 card isopure, though at a certain point, that creamy vanilla would make me uhhhhh, feel like I was going to hack it up. Not fun.

So, I'm in the dutch choc. low carb one now, figured with my activity and drinking it after freeweights/cardio, the low carb is just fine.

Cool to hear you guys use it as well. Thanks for saying so.

I'm hoping so!!!!!!!!! I was that shaker too many times a day and dayyuummm it's a bit pricey!

I do cardio for 30 min. then drink my isopure in the am and then finish my freeweights. The second one fits into my schedule early evening usually.

Before bed huh?! That's a good idea and a good take. I am looking to keep the small bulk I've got, as I've always been tiny. Any cons to taking it before bed? Thanks for mentioning that.

I've seen those, bit more expensive, though easier to take with you and drink. I also figured someone smaller looking to have a decent body, was better off with the higher gram% of the powder.

I do two as well. I don't want to look thick, just chisled, ya know. I know that probably sounds so vein and faggy!!!!! You have such a big frame, it's great, it's just not in my genes. I'm thinking if you take two, maybe a third serving wouldn't do any harm. ::shrug::

    Thank you both.

I just (wekk maybe a week ago, got the 7.5 pound container....little had I known, to open the top of the bucket you have to be a bodybuilder!!!!

I'd like to punch it every morning rather than pry it open! Ok, being a little dramatic, but it's certainly child and weakling proof!

ok...what is the benefit of "iso-pure" over other whey? I currently take Goat Whey because the cow whey messes my stomach up too much...the goat whey has been much better....but Im curious what the Iso-Pure means for you? Or is that the brand name?

Obscenewish, I'm just fucking around dude, dayyum!

Mascjock, IsoPure is the line of whey and natures best is the company that it is put out from.

The difference between wheys varies...I don't know much about so many of them. The Isopure is whey isolates which I think is more readily absorbed, also a bit pricier.

I'm sure other folks will let you know in more detail, sorry I'm not one of them, by any means.
