Pre-Season Snowboarders Workout Plan?

  I'm going on my first trip of the season around Christmas time, does anyone have a good workout plan specifically for snowboarding?

  Legs; squats, lunges and do your Hip abductors and stretch the SHIT out of both your legs and hips!!!! Oh yeah, if you're not in to Pilates/Yoga for core, then make sure you do lower back exercises @ the gym....

  de nada...I can't stand the thought of you sitting in the lodge after having pulled a groin muscle...in serious need of an inner thigh massage...only to find that the on-staff massage therapist is out because of a stomach flu, and then I'd walk in, having had some limited experience with the inner thigh massage, and having to step in to help get you back on your feet.
