I know that after a workout, you need to give your body 2-3 days to get rested and recovered (someone correct me if I am wrong), but what about abs? I seem to remember being told by my trainer years ago that the abdominals can be worked out everyday without the risk of over training. Is that accurate? Or, am I wasting my time or hindering my progress?
