When you realize that you like someone are you the type to tell that person, or do you just keep quiet because you fear rejection (hoping that eventually they'll make the first move)?

I am very upfront when it comes to telling someone if I'm feeling them. I dont mind being rejected because i move on to another one that won't

I'm not brave enough to confront them directly, but too scared to let an opportunity pass, so I try to be subtle about it.

Maybe I'll walk by and flick my hair (L'oreal, because I'm worth it). Then maybe I'll give him a little wink and lick my lips.

After that I may walk by and "accidentally" drop my pen. "Whoops... let me just bend over and get that."

If all else fails I'll just stick a cucumber in my pants and then brush by him. "Whoops, sorry... didn't mean to bump into you like that..." Work 65% of the time every time.

If he doesn't get the hint by that time then I'm just forced to think he's some type of weirdo or something. icon_rolleyes.gificon_lol.gif

I don't think people should act like their type. People should try to be well-rounded in everything.

It depends on the guy. If he is soft-spoken or a bit new to the gay scene, I will make the first move. If he is aggressive and experienced, I'll wait for him to make the first move.

    I'm the silent one.
If I know how to make the first move, I would have made tons of friends here already.
I don't think it's the fear of rejection...
If I like someone, I fear that I can't reciprocate it! (Perhaps it is the fear of rejection. hmm... :/ )
What can I say...May be I got used to it(rejection, ignorance, etc.) since childhood icon_neutral.gif

Ok, I'll break it down for you. .

When you like a guy, do you:

    A) Tell the guy you like him

    or

    B) Keep quiet and hope that he'll make the first move

    ?
