I have recently started a diet, i have cut out all fatty foods and started eating more of a protein rich fibre filled diet. I have started to get pains in my stomach quite badly i.e. slightly after i have eaten and when i havent eaten. I have cut alot of calories out and i also seem to get a weird chest pain i.e. warm tight feeling in my chest but when i eat something it eases but it eases faster when i have something sugary. Is this normal?
