Well, if you expand to North America, I have biked around southern Ontario, Canada. Toronto, Barrie, Orillia, Collingwood, and Peterborough.

NYC, DC, San Francisco, Denver, etc. In fact, bike lanes have become so ubiquitous in NYC that I rarely use the subway or take a taxi when I'm there for a visit. When I travel in Europe, I usually end up biking most places I need to get to.

Nor sure all are major, but:

    New York City
    Newark, NJ
    Jersey City
    Seattle
    Miami
    San Antonio
    Fort Lauderdale
    Key West
    Fargo
    Grand Forks, ND

And countless little towns and hamlets. A list of them would go on for pages. I prefer country back roads rather than urban areas.
