I have really got into the swing of things and find myself at the gym almost every day (yeah pretty much everyday) 4 days a week I am doing strength training (2 to 3 with a trainer) and three days a week I am doing yoga (and its pretty intense most of the time) but sometimes I take off one of those strength training days...however regardless of the day pretty much 7 days a week I am doing cardio for a minimum of 45 minutes each day...my question is a day off of strength training and yoga but still doing cardio considered a day of rest...or do i literally need to do nothing at least 1 day a week? I get so many conflicting reports any and all advise would be awesome!
