Alright guys....I know this may seem like an obvious question but bare with me haha.

I've been trying to gain more muscle mass, lean muscle mass to be specific. It has worked, somewhat. I've been trying to get to 195-205 lb range but I have been ranging in the 188-193 range for about a year. I've changed up my workout routine after several months at a time and I eat a large meals (a lot of meat, rice, chicken, fish) - basically the same thing I've been doing for the past 3 years.. I think I finally plateaud.

I've taken protein for about 3 weeks but that was 3 years ago. I stopped cause of how easily my body tacts on weight and I started to lose definition. Guess my question is to you guys - what do you do to gain weight/muscle mass?

You look mighty big and fine to me, unless you're going for pro bodybuilder status.

Ya, seriously, man. You look massive. I'm not sure bigger would be better unless, as said above, you are seriously dedicated to being a competitive bodybuilder, which, I really don't think looks as good as you do now. Different and admirable for the discipline, but not better aesthetically. Maybe you're at your genetic max for now. You're still young. You will change with time and the metabolism will do some surprising things from time to time. Great work.

Thanks guys, really appreciate it. I guess its more of a mental and personal goal to at least reach the 195-205 lb class. Of course, I always feel I can get bigger. I'll keep doing what you guys recommended and even work harder - it's hard to "work hard" by yourself.

Maybe I'll try protein again/for the first time..see how that treats me. I'm just scared of gaining the fat from it.

You look good. I wish I could look as good as you, should be asking you for pointers.
