We'd "win" if everyone in Texas approved of gay marriage.

letsgetreadytosuckit saidrephrase that again. what you mean?

what does electronic music have to do with being gay?

and yeah, things are progressing but it's a long way to go though. wouldn't get too comfortable to say that "we're winning"

so let me get this straight: you want me to "rephrase that again" after I rephrase it the first time?

electronic music used to be a really gay thing. now it's mainstream. that's all.

    http://www.slate.com/blogs/outward/2013/09/18/jury_duty_and_sexual_orientation_can_being_gay_get_you_struck_from_a_jury.html

That article is about a case where a man was struck from a jury because he was gay. The article also links to three issues that have shown up here on RJ: the right of private businesses to discriminate against gays on religious grounds, the right of gay pride paraders to do terrible things in front of children, and the ban on gay men donating blood.

We're making strides but we're definitely not "winning".

"Next" will be when people lose interest in the death cults and all of the neighborhood "churches" get knocked down or converted into book stores, or pubs, or discos.

didn't know that, man. i thought house music was supposed to be the gay culture music. not techno. thought techno were for those dudes that like to pop x and like flashy lights and etc.

House music is electronic. It is also the foundation of every four on the floor pop song on top 40... so basically all of them.

Electronic music was never an exclusively gay thing.
