Hey, just curious if anyone out there has ever tried these products that are so often advertised online and in magazines to help build muscle and cut fat. Blogs about the products are always 50/50 with people calling it crap and others saying they are wonderful.

Really heavy squats will provide the hormonal bump up naturally. If you read the labels most say maximum effectiveness will not be achieved unless you work out hard . Lol

I know work out and diet are the true and best way to get results. I just wanted to know if anyone here had actually tried these products. According to the description of ingredients, they don't look as though they would be harmful, or that they could even produce the results that they claim

I've wondered, too. I took a pre-hormone for test elevation for a while but the results didn't justify the price, about $75/month. I checked out the pre-HGH product and decided for $100/month I could live without it. The real HGH used to be about $2,000/month. My niece took it under a doctor's supervision to try to give her some extra height. I don't know what dosage athletes use to speed up repair. I think the whole hype against hormones is about as sensible as reefer madness.
