There are several RJers in here who will tell you that's nothing! If you're in love, who cares? If you're looking for a quick fuck, who cares? Societal opinion is going to be skewed against you regardless, as you're already part of a social minority even without considering age variables.

    10 years is nothing.
If you enjoy each other's company go for it.
    You write your own rules.

Age is irrelevant...particularly when large sums of money are involved.

There's no magic age despite what some will say. If you find someone you enjoy being with, someone you can love, someone that loves you, then go for it. 10 years is nothing and that 10 year gap varies from age to age. From 18 to 28 is a bigger gap than from 58 to 68, emotionally and physically.

Find happiness, enjoyment and love. Don't worry the age. Good luck, go have fun!

if u have a lot in common that means you are mature enough to date a guy in this age or he has a young heart. both cases are great.

Thankfully my husband didn't think it was too old, when he dug me up.

A 10 years age difference is nothing, not that bad! My ex was a little older than me. I realize now that guys similar to my age, they understand me more and we have similar experiences in life. So I like to stick to similar age dating for me. But if it works for you to be with an older guy, go for it. icon_biggrin.gif

I don't really see age as a restricting factor to dating. As long as you guys are on the same page and work in similar ways, age is just a number.

So to answer your question, dating someone 10 years older isn't inappropriate. The only negative thing I can think of are the stares from people when you guys are together.
