Anybody else use this product? I've used it off and on for the last 5 months and I think I've noticed gains. I didn't take any pics or measurements so I could chart my development but it did appear to me that I was growing in my bis. I typically have a hell of a time developing my bis. My tris however, no problem. I'm not sure but I think there may be some BCAA or something in it that I just don't get out of my diet yet Animal Pak provides my body with it.

When I first started using the product the smell and the quantity of pills were and obstacle for me. I'm over the smell now and I don't have any problem swallowing all the pills. It does worry me that my piss comes out bright as Mt. Dew and a bit on the thick side. When I'm using Animal Pak I make sure I increase my water intake to facilitate my body getting rid of the excess. The packaging recommends taking two Animal Paks a day. I did for the first container but now I just use one pak a day. Anybody want to weigh in with their experiences w/ Animal Pak?

My trainer and bodybuilder friend suggested these supplements to me, so I bought the large can and started them today, one pak. Are they just a "super vitamin", with the aminos and the enzymes etc? Should I take these in place of or in addition to my normal, daily vitamin suplements? His suggestion was to take in addition to my "normal" vitamins, and to take these about 2-3 hours before I expect to hit the gym. To take with a good bit of water and to get the high protien/ med-carb, low fat ready for post-workout...I want the lean muscle and the added strength and to "tone"...not looking to gain mass and get huge. Will these do anything for my cardio work, running, rowing and riding?

I just checked their website and didn't realize they had different Paks. Interesting stuff.

Sounds like they recommend taking it 30 minutes prior to a workout, on an empty stomach, with lots of water. You can probably take your regular vitamins at later or earlier time with a meal.

OK, been taking them for the week, about 1-2 hours before my workout. I was doing it on an empty stomach with lots of water, but changed to eating with the pills to reduce the severeity and odor of the cramps and gas they were giving me. They do seem to give me a boost of energy...stamina and strength....but leave me a bit hyper if I don't workout hard enough or long enough. They feel to have worn off after about a HARD 3 hours of Cardio and lifting....icon_biggrin.gif

I think anybody who works out at the gym should use Animal Pak. As it also sais on their website (www.animalpak.com):

"When it comes to nutrition, it all starts here with Animal Pak. It's your nutritional foundation. It's your nutritional insurance. Start with the Pak as your basic starter supplement and add the other Animal products around it."

Ive been using Animal pak for awhile now. Love it. I take it instead of multivitamins, not in addition to. I take it with my last meal before a workout. Ive stacked it with animal pump and m-stak before and saw some major gains. Now im taking superpump250 and going to try that with size on. So far the results are way better than animal stak and pump.
