"Jindal's considered by many in the Republican party to be a rising star and his trip to Iowa, the state that kicks off the presidential primary season, is raising speculation that he might be interested in making a bid for the Republican Presidential Nomination in 2012"

Right now, I think Jindal is the only Republican who has a shot at beating Obama. A poll that came out two weeks ago showed that around 60% of Republicans had no idea who is he so working on name recognition now will be key to him winning the nomination.

But the man is looney. He performed an exorcism after all. I have to wonder though, Joe Biden's Catholicism was not an issue in this campaign. Can the same be said for a presidential candidate in the Republican party?

Whenever I concentrated long enough to begin prayer, I felt some type of physical force distracting me. It was as if something was pushing down on my chest, making it very hard for me to breathe. . . Though I could find no cause for my chest pains, I was very scared of what was happening to me and Susan. I began to think that the demon would only attack me if I tried to pray or fight back; thus, I resigned myself to leaving it alone in an attempt to find peace for myself.

Hopefully not for president. One incompetent per century is enough. If she wins the Republican nomination, the Democrats will probably get in for another 4 years.

Jindal has been trying to get his name in since the last election. This isn't anything new, he's just calling it what it is now.

...But what if Jindal and Palin ran on the same ticket? That would be the last nail in the Republican's coffin.

    On two accounts, no less.

    1) He does look like Al Newman
    2) Oh how the political landscape has changed an pollsters aren't even bothering to ask about Jindal. So much changes in a year.

I would much rather have Louisiana's Bob Jindal as the 2012 GOP presidential candidate than that brainless, bible thumping bitch from Alaska, Sarah Palin. I can't stand that ignorant, bigoted woman.
