Has anyone tried "Ultimate Nutrition Protein Isolate"? I have to find a VERY low fat, protein powder and can not have dairy-based products. Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks guys.

rice and pea protein powders are available separately. But, each is an incomplete protein, lacking certain amino acids you need. However, if you combine them it has a complete amino acid profile.

I have tried a pea and yam protein once and it was so delicious. My google-fu has failed me and I can't seem to find it for you.

I'm definitely going to permanently quote you on that one MZ.

As for the OP, have you tried Hemp-Veg Protein? They sell the stuff here at Rainbow Grocery on Folsom and 12th. They have tons of alternative, non-diary protein powders for you to choose from.
