Of course there is ! Wow. 190.5kg is huge. More than twice my weight. But I will be honest. There are big guys and some large guys. But I think they are have lost some weight. Look at the strongest men in the world and they are massive. I dont think its all muscle either but I reckon you can start converting your body into muscle if you want. Everyone is welcome.

When I started I weighed over 300 pounds. I used this site as inspiration to help me on my journey.

Right now, because of life circumstances, like injuries, I have gained some weight back and am again using this site for motivation and inspiration.

So, from me, you are welcome here. I don't know about everyone else.

I will say, now that I have seen you profile pics, that I do hope your goal is to improve your health. I don't mean that judgmentally, but as someone who has experienced where you are at. You are young. Your life will improve greatly if you are able to find the motivation and inspiration to change it.

    All the best to you.

Of course dude. Quick advice: I know it's fall and winter is around the corner, but seeing as how you're comfortable with your shirt off in the ocean (I wasn't when I was young), swimming workouts can take tons of pounds off without you even noticing. icon_biggrin.gif

I am still fat, so I know what you are going through. But after joining RJ (and with a little love and motivation) I've lost alot of weight.

This website is truly an inspiration.

No one will mind if you are fat so long as health and shedding the fat is your goal. And you are working towards your goal.

Its less about how much you weigh, and more about how you approach things..

In other words, dont join if you just plan on sitting around complaining about your weight while doing nothing to fix it.

Which isn't to say you have to lose weight... or gain it, or do anything really....

    Just dont whine!

    And welcome!

I use to weigh 240 lbs and wore a size 44 waist and at 5'8" that's BIG! Now I weight 155-160 lbs and size 28-29 waist! It's never too late for a heathy change!
