    Your porn is depressing me.

    A little cheesy, but cute.

C'mon guys. How many str8 videos have we seen of this exact shit? It's nice to see some decent looking gays represented like this.

thecoochiesthejuices saidwould like to see a gay music artist make a love song that doesn't make a big deal about being gay. you know, it's almost like he's trying to make the perfect song BUT it just comes across as over the top. it seems like almost all gay love songs are forced like this one or just some trashy ass club song. just give it to us raw. no need to make it over dramatic as if it's something that's unheard of.

you know, love is love. no need to segregate ourselves from society as if we're not apart of it. you don't see heterosexuals doing songs like this where it's like "wow, we're straight".

no offense bro, but like...... you've never even kissed another guy. icon_rolleyes.gif

Gay music artist? Like: Elton John, Freddie Mercury, Melissa Etheridge (ect.)
Heterosexuals doing songs...like: every song ever done?

I know you don't think before posting, but at least say it in your head first or read it before you hit submit.

cuz you're talking all this "love is love" and it doesnt need to be noted that the song is about gay love... You're implying it's not important when it is.
U just dont know it, because you've never had it.
So, basically, you're running your mouth about something u know nothing about. . oh ye of little experience and knowledge

and with the last sentence, don't get me started, breh. i will go in on you.

    lol
    so which is it:
"I wish there was" & "and like to see"
    or

naw, you're not getting what i'm saying.

being gay is NOT a big deal and it should never be one. a guy should make a song about being gay like it's another day in the office and be judged off of his music, talent and not his sexuality. isn't that what the point of the whole gay rights and equality thing about? basically being treated like human beings like our straight counterparts where being gay ain't a thing and not segregated away from society for who we are. showing that we're no different or less or more human than anybody else. why should we get special treatment because we're gay? we're not abnormal and being gay isn't weird. i understand protections that keep us from being fired on the job for being gay and blah blah blah. other than that, big deal.

gay love=straight love. it should be treated the same. no big deal. hopefully, it gets to the point where people no longer have to come out the c

well does this video not normalize a gay relationship then? Can gays not be represented in mainstream music videos like straight couples are all the time?
I dont think this vid has anything to do with gays looking for "special treatment" I think the video could be interpreted as gay relationships are normal and play out just like straight ones, such as this video demonstrates. A cheesy, corny music video about love..... and for once it's not about straight love. it's about 2 dudes.... finding love for eachother and depecting it in a pretty average hetero-normative way. . No one seeking special treatment. The video makes it seem 2 men acting all lovey dovey as natural and normal. Which is what u described we are seeking from society ....to be treated normally. Like everyone else.

I just dont get why you're mad about it, but whatevs. I really don't care to be honest lol.

yeah, the video does that. i agree but the song sucks though. really don't give a fuck about the video. it looks good judging by the picture. the song is ass though.

oh ok. if u say so lol

If this song were about a girl you wouldnt be saying it is over the top. Why do you hate on everything that is positive and beautiful? You have a tendency to do this, like it is your job. What are you exactly afraid of? What happened or what didnt happen to you? Do you want to talk about it?

How did I know I was gay? I liked men. I dont need to kiss guys to know I am gay. If you havent had sex with a woman how do you know you are not straight? What do you know about love? For those gay people who never had sex with a woman, try it out and you might be a closet straight.

I have never seen electrons but theory matches with reality. We use theory of electromagnetism and it works: tv, smartphones and communications. Electronics.

We never experience the timescale of evolution. Yet we accept the theory of evolution.

Seeing people taking heroin or cocaine is saddening. I dont need to experience taking meth or coke to know it is bad for me. I can see the effects.

Those people who say we have never experienced something does not know is missing the point.

Just because two people are in love, they dont have to make a song about it.

    Let's abstract this up.

Being "gay and out" hasn't been an easy option for people before the Stonewall Riots in 1969.

Here we are today, only 44 years later, only 2 generations, and young men and women have the freedom to not only be "gay and out", but to marry and enjoy a remarkable parity with the rest of Western Society.

At no previous time in history have young men and women had the opportunity to be as free as they are today. And, Lieb's song is just one point of evidence that it is normal to be gay, to be out, and to be in love.

When I see two young men or women openly being able to meet each other in any social situation (not just bars) showing their affection one another, openly marrying, openly having children...my heart simultaneously aches for what I did NOT have when I was that age AND simultaneously sings with joy. When I have seen this in the past, I have cried. Not for what I didn't have, but because finally young people can have what I didn't get to have.

So to those who are pissing on Charlitos thread, stop with the fucking critical, cynical ingratitude at something as simple and beautiful as a love song and music video about two young men enjoying simple, innocent love.

You don't realize just how good you have it and you're taking it all for granted.
