I am quite new to gym madness, need some exact info:

    - whats the recommended break between sets and then before workouts?
    - are you allowed to do workouts for other parts of bady during the break between sets?

    - is 3x12 (when last set, repeats 11th, 12th is struggle to do) option good good for biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest?

    - is 3x25 for legs and abs acceptable for good results?

    thanks

The problem with your question is, it just isn't exactly that 'simple'. It's not like there is one perfect workout scheme that is right for everyone. There are basic principles but within that there are lots of variables, too.

Since you are new, the best thing is to just find a workout routine and follow it for 6 to 12 weeks. Then take a little time off and start a different program or repeat the first one. The point being building muscle is a years-long process and you have to experiment with different strategies and discover what works best for you. My philosophy is the *best* routine is the one you enjoy and thus don't have to discipline yourself to do. "Enjoy" doesn't mean it isn't difficult... but rather that you find challenging in a positive way. And as you learn more you may find yourself trying new things.

So far as basic principles are concerned there is a lot out there on different sites. There are routines here on RJ. There are a bunch on bodybuilding.com, t-nation.com and other places. google: 'principles of hypertrophy' and research.
