whats the best combination of training different parts on the same day?

    Can I workout:

    1 day: chest
    2 day: triceps + biceps + legs + abs
    3 day: shoulders + traps + calves
    4 day: chest
    5 day: shoulders + traps + calves +abs


    whats the best combination of training different parts on the same day?

    how often I should train abs for best results and what sets? thanks

    I'm guessing that you are over-training your chest and under-training your legs.

    1 day chest
    2 day hams, glutes and calves
    3 day back
    4 day shoulders
    5 day arms
    6 day quads

    Train abs 2-3 times per week.
