Can anybody help me to gain weight and get rip? I have a very very high metabolism! :(

    I have been eating a lot, chicken, cheese, and beef, but I gain 10 pounds for 3 months, (all my summer time) ,are u serious??, I even stop eating rice and jump to the high protein food. Any advice??

    Some people though they're thin at the beginning later they were able to add themselves more weight than I expected to see in them! and some didn't change much and almost look the same to me when compared to before they begin their diet plan!

    Protein doesn't help you to gain weight as much as fat can do...
    I think it all depends on the amount of calories you're having daily.
    Simple rule
    1gm of protein = 4Kcal
    1gm of Carbohydrate = 4Kcal
    1gm of fat = 9Kcal

    Go Paleo gain with 40-50 percent good fat: coconut oil, 6-8 eggs/day, walnuts, almonds, tahini or sesame seeds, almond butter.

    35 percent protein, peas, seeds, beans, eggs, chicken or fish.

    lots of greens, i.e. kale, organics salad, spinach.

    probiotics for food absorption: kimchi, sauerkraut

    bitter 85% chocolate
