    Hey, realjockers.

I just bought a shit load of Kiehl's products, mostly their Facial Fuel line. I like it so far. I've also used Aveeno before which is a little cheaper.

I was just wondering if any of you guys out there have some favorite products for anti-aging or just general skin health.

I'm 30 now and have been hearing a lot of talk about botox and glycolic acid and more, and just trying to suss out what really works.

    Thanks in advance!

I find the more skin products I use, the more my skin gets irritated. Strangely I use almond oil, leave for a bit and then I wash off. Or soap does it for me.

Regular exfoliating is crucial so I use this, it even has moisturizers.

Shiseido is good. I've also used aveeno's line with shiitake extract and liked it as well.

My mom uses la prairie and la mer products but I believe those are for older skin.

I've used Perricone, Obagi, Kiehls, Yonka, and Clinique.

Really the best thing is what others have said SPF. And I've come to realize mainstream brands like Noxema, Neutrogena, and Avenno have less of a chance of irritating my skin than the "fancier" brands.

After reading Dr. Perricone's book I went on a $700 shopping spree for his nutritional products and skin care line and most of them sucked and eventually made their way into the trash.
