but I would like to Get Aesthetic Abs as I dislike how when i sit down there is still a bit of fat/ gut
SO wanna get super toned and ripped abs !!!!!!

oh I do like an hour on the treadmill usually burn 850 calories but kinda have skinny arms as a result of it but oh well
Get excited !!!!!
