I really want to get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle.I recently purchased P90X(its been collecting dust for a while now) and I was wondering if i followed the performance eating grocery list that realjock gives me instead of following the expensive meal plan p90x has do you think I would get the same results?

Everything is about trial and error..Try it bro..If it works for ya..continue..if it doesn't..stop. You bought that system for a reason....Blow off the dust and start. I wish you the best.

Like Bud said - you gotta start somewhere.

You know - reaching your goals is ridiculously easy once you get the hang of it. Don't think you won't have to put any time or hard work into it, but it becomes a matter of routine, and then you slowly start seeing progression in yourself.

I recommend doing Stronglifts 5x5 over anything else. On top of that just make sure you follow a paleo diet (chicken, fish, shrimp, veggies, fruit, ect) and you should be pretty well covered.
