I was around 18, worked in a cheesy photography place in the mall! I was a photographer! Then I switched into Retail for Robinsons May (went bankrupt) I think. I worked primarily in the Men/Underwear department! icon_biggrin.gif

    That could have been hot...

"I recommend this underwear for you sir, it will look really good on you"
"I think you will look nice in the red sir"
"I am wearing the same underwear myself sir, look"
"would you like me to see how you look in that sir?"

Mowing neighborhood lawns, and shoveling snow in the winter for cash at 13. When old enough to work legally for a paycheck in one of my Father's supermarkets I became a bag boy in the summer and sometimes after high school, dressed in a full white apron and with a black bow tie. In 1965-66 I thought I was doing OK making $33 a week on average, plus tips, actually more than I later made as an Army Private after enlisting in 1969.

Grew up on a family farm. Started working doing chores so young I can't even remember. Before school for sure. What I do remember is my dad wouldn't give me an allowance until I was 16 despite all the work I did, and I'm talking serious hours, especially in the summer months. icon_evil.gif

Picking cherries. Like everyone else in this town. That's one way to identify a native - ask how many buckets an hour he can pick. A native gives you the number, an outsider gives you a funny look.

Wasn't allowed to do much of anything as a kid, very protective mother, so I didn't first earn any money until I did a survey panel online when I was a teenager.

Unfortunately a lot of older fat straight women shop for their husbands and the occasional older out of shape straight guys! Those lines sound great in roleplay! Hahaha, I'm going to use those for my future husband!!! icon_wink.gificon_biggrin.gif
