The forums are getting out of hand with trolls and mean spirited posts, so I thought it would be good to have a thread where you can post good things that are happening in your life. It can be anything that's good news in your life and you'd like to share.

I'll go first: I haven't been able to lift weights for the past three months because of this mysterious pain in my back that they thought was some kind of deferred pain from an organ. I've been really worried and depressed over it. But just got my blood work back and everything is normal. Turns out it's just a persistent muscle spasm from my scoliosis. The doctor cleared me to workout as much as I like again which I am thrilled about!

Great idea for a forum thread....

As a nice little side venture, I will be hosting a web radio fitness show beginning the end of the month. The recorded shows, mostly interviews with trainers, dieticians and everyday people who struggle and have achieved success with fitness with be featured. It will be a web radio based show sponsored by the national Episcopal church, the CBE. 13 shows have been ordered, if well received and ratings are reasonable, they will have me do 9 more for the season.. then we see.

I have completed 4 shows with 3 more scheduled for completion. Having a great time with it and learning much.

This is a really great idea. Without going into a lot of boring detail, over the weekend I had a serious problem with a guy. As of yesterday afternoon, it's resolved, agreed, documented, filed. I'm feeling more like myself again as it becomes real for me to relax again.

I used to gaze at the boats from cliffside hiking trails with a hiking buddy that moved away over a year ago. Tomorrow she's visiting but instead of hiking we'll be the ones on the boat - mine! For the first time she'll be able to see the trails from the water instead of the other way 'round and I get to show her. At this very spot:

I know I'm being an attention whore here, but I don't care! After 4 years I was finally able to afford new glasses. On top of that my car is paid off, I'm doing awesome in college, and just got a 2nd promotion at work. Good vibes, yo! icon_cool.gif

    How apt.

You just can't allow a single thread to exist without injecting it with negativity. Amazing.

You're almost as cute as a midget kid dreaming to play in the NBA. Why don't you get off on something more realistic like you kneeling in front of me after making me a sandwich and giving me a back-rub.

Sedona is one of my favorite places on Earth. That must have been a great birthday.

I found a way to restore my 100yo Aunt's monthly Social Security check after President Obama had cut off payment in May under his new Centenarian Project.

i wish i had something positive to share. but as goes in my world things just keep getting worst and worst. i said last year was not a good year for me. i think this year may be one of the worst in my life and trust me i have many. this year has really been testing my limits and i am almost at my break point. but its good to hear that others are doing good.

Recently I made a post on facebook called "Shoutout Sundays" and I basically dedicated my status to give praise to my friends for their accomplishments and basically brighten their day and it worked. Making them happy made me more happy icon_biggrin.gif
