Are you? Or, are you planning to go one way or the other?

Yep I'm doing pretty good, though I get a cholesterol test next week, so my statement is subject to change! icon_biggrin.gif

Nearly. Several years ago I had a rotator cuff problem. It hurt just to shift a manual transmission. But after physical therapy and starting from Ground Zero I've gotten back to about 85% of what I used to do. IF I ever get back (I'm quite a bit older now) it'll much better controlled. It's no longer about "how much" but "how well" and I think I actually look better with a more rounded out workout.

My chances of getting fat are about nil. Last week about all I ate was pasta and pizza trying to gain weight. +2 lbs @ 170! At 57 I'm still waiting for my metabolism to change LOL.

Looking back from where I came from, which was 125 lb twig to 167 lbs, I think so. Years ago, I would have never imagined looking the way I do today. I hope to get bigger and leaner. icon_biggrin.gif

One year ago, I was so close to my goal! My goal was to weight 75~78 kg, and achieve the waist's size of 75~78 cm.
I was weighting 80 kg, and my waist was 81 cm.

That's why I think, I've never been in the best shape of my life yet icon_sad.gif

Currently, yes! And feeling great about it, because in 2014 it's only going to get better!

Without question. But -- coming from a family of fatties, and having been one myself -- staying this way will always be something of a struggle.

Yes. Even more than my Marine Corps years. These South Beach queens are more vicious than any drill instructor...icon_eek.gif

Brutal. And, with just a "look" too.
