Every shower? Once a week? When it starts to smell funny?

(Companion thread to how often you wash your sheets.)

You grab a new one everyday and put the used one in the laundry hamper. .... who owns just one towel?

It's a towel not toilet paper. Try washing before you dry.

You're clean when you dry off why should you have to?

There are some interesting test results of people who have just scrubbed themselves clean, and what ends up on their towel. google it, made me wonder why people bother using soap at all.

    Personally every other day

It would be interesting to correlate how people respond to this question with this one:

At most twice a week. If I did it daily I'd be doing wash constantly.

I change my sheets once a week.

I don't change mine very often but then I don't shower at home a lot. I shower at the gym so my towel at home goes days without use. I'm clean after showering so my towel is not all that dirty. Sounds like a bunch of you are germophobes!

There's nothing special about having a maid. I can afford it, and the woman who comes to clean needs the money. I'm sharing the wealth, although it's not very much.

And most importantly, I do not clean house. My place was a pigsty before I got the maid. I can look at dirt and it just doesn't register on my brain that I should do something about it.

I don't use bath towels. I use hand/gym towels instead. It's more environmentally friendly to use a smaller surface area piece of fabric. I do reuse my towels, again because it's more environmentally friendly.

The earth is not ours. It is only in our stewardship for the duration of our lives.

Once a week. The housekeeper changes them at the same time that she does the sheets and bedding.

Maids/housekeeping isn't particularly expensive and can be had for $40-80 per week (or every other week).
