How to have huge arms without taking steroids or such stuff

    Hello guys.,
    I have started hitting the gym recently and I love it, I mean I can stay at least three hours working out., I have perfect abs now but I really want to have big muscular arms and legs., that really saddens me when I work out real hard but my arms are not that big. I take weigh protein only as a supplement.
    Is there anything I shout do? Eat? Exercise?!

    Three hours working out is too much time, unless some of the time is cardio...

    and, if u are going to work out and train real hard, u need to eat, a lot, a lot more than you are used to- and really eat a lot of protein! (400 g or so a day, at your level) and eat 4000+ cals...
