How to increase blood flow to your butt?

    This may be a stupid question but I really don't know much about blood flow, exercise and basic fitness. Well, that's why I am posting here.

    Here is the deal. I suffer from chronic anal fissure and it's not from intestine problem where I need BM all the time. I just get fissure pretty often and sometimes it's from anal sex and other times I don't even know why/how. It just happens.

    I have found some good ways to heal it but the healing process is very slow. I have pretty much done and tried most things that are suggested in the anal fissure support forum except for one thing - Exercise.

    I believe the best natural healing power we have is our own Blood. I don't do enough exercise and maybe this is why I get fissure often.

    Is there any specific exercise that can bring more blood flow to my butt/ass area? Or running/walking is good enough for full body flow?

    I am just curious if there is any exercise that are good for bringing even more blood to butt/anal area?
