Basically the item by beach body is an overpriced combination of dextrose/malto and whey. I've been doing that same combination with a 2:! ratio on carbs and protein but I just cant seem to figure out how to get it to taste halfway decent without compromising nutrient uptake. Any ideas? Their flavor is orange, but I'd take anything that would make it palatable.
