So... I belong to a gym - and that's fine. But I want some other options on my 'days off' from that place for whatever reasons. I've been looking into those Gold's Gym 7-in-1 hanging doorway combo things. I would rather not have free weights at home other than perhaps a light dumbell system beyond the 7-in-1 thingy. Everything else I'll go to the gym for.

Any advice or experience before I invest? This one at Kmart looks pretty decent at $37: http://www.kmart.com/gold-s-gym-golds-gym-7-in-1-kit/p-080W003893776000P?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1

    Dumb-Bell sets/options? Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

    ... that's what the 7-in-1 thing does.

    Powerblocks? Maximum weight, minimum space.
