Good amount of protein which could be taken at any point in the day (protein intake timing does not matter as long as you consume it sometime within your day)

However, I use a supplement that does not use artificial sweeteners. The ine you listed uses Sucralose. I'm no expert on the health effects of artificial sweeteners but I do know that they are not something you should be consuming in a daily basis.

Actually you want consume protein and complex carbs about 45 minutes before you work out and protein and simple carbs immediately after you work out.

First thing in the morning take in a mixture of simple and complex carbs as well as protein and about 45 minutes before bed protein
