    Guys-

    Kinda in a rut here physically regarding growth and staying fit. Do you have any advice for me to boost myself? Any comments on progress I've made and tips on where to go from here?

    I think I've plateau'd honestly, My routine honestly is kinda a bit messy but meh, Schedule
    Days Working: Monday Wednesday Friday
    Schedule
    Bench press: 5x5 at max
    Squats: 5x5 at max
    Chin ups: 5x5
    Romanian Deadlifts (Barbell): 5x5
    Crunches/Side Bends (alternated each day): 3x30
