Here's a cool back workout. Does anyone have any other tips for getting a monster back?

Bucking hay bales. Picking rocks out of the field. Swamping fruit.
Hey, I can make you a great deal on a two-week "back camp" experience... icon_wink.gif

He hasn't gotten in trouble for it yet, or else it'd have stopped. If he actually posted the workout here, and then cited it back to his site, it'd seem less spammy.

Ok I won't post any more workouts linking to my website. Obviously I crossed a line. I'm not a big time corporate guy, just a small business owner.

And I like the real jock community. You guys are great.

You're one of the few people I've seen use "it'd" .... you must have been paying attention in English class ... I thought I was the only one that ever used it .... good job icon_wink.gif

Actually POST the workout, so that people can actually see it without going to your site. If they like what they see, they're more inclined to visit it anyway. Then it's a win-win: you are sharing potentially useful information and increasing traffic on your site while not spamming the forums.
