Supplement for increasing results

    I'm not a huge lifter, but work out very consistently. Usually I run or swim followed by about a half-hour to hour of sit-ups, pushups, and other core work. I would like to focus on toning up my abs, pecs, and arms a bit more. Is there a supplement to help target these areas or do I need to change up my workouts?

    Hi luconfu, unfortunately supplements don't work on specific areas like that. I wish they did - I'd be swallowing arm supps all day long lol! However since you say you're wanting to tone I'd like to clarify - do you want to lose fat from those areas, add muscle, or both?

    Focus on hitting your protein numbers and continue to exercise.
