Losing Weight & Building Muscle

    I am in need of assistance as for what I should do at the gym to lose weight and build muscle. I get to the gym and when I get there I am just overwhelmed with all of the equipment, when i should do what part of the body, cardio and intensity at the gym.. anyone who can send me some details in regards to what to do would be great!     First of all, read this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kelly3.htm. If it appeals to you, go for it and stick to the program for at least 3 months. Then take 2 to 4 weeks off -- meaning little to no resistance training during that time. Let your body totally heal just as if it were injured. During this time off, eat very clean and light (fewer calories, and very little from starchy carbs). Then repeat the program.
