"So, can we finally stop pretending that the left has a positive plan for the United States?

"Can we stop pretending that the president meant to do anything other than destroy a system he has hated since his socialist-influenced youth?

"Can we stop pretending they are not lying to us about

    voter fraud, and
    voter ID laws, and
    taxes, and
    the economy, and
    the environment, and
    education, and
    energy, and
    job creation, and
    national security, and
    international relations, and
    Islam, and
    their assault on Christianity, and
    amnesty, and
    entitlements, and
    stimulus, and
    recovery, and
    Fast and Furious, and
    Benghazi, and
    the IRS scandal, and
    a war on women, and
    our borders, and
    domestic surveillance, and
    weakening us militarily, and
their supposed loyalty as Americans, and
    their phony patriotism, and
    American Exceptionalism, and
    our history, and
    our national character, and
the historical good our country has done, and

    Here is another one:

This screenshot was snapped seconds after Health & Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius told the House Energy & Commerce Committee the ObamaCare “website has never crashed.”

Q: Can Republicans finally stop whining and put forth an agenda for America? Can Southbeach finally stop pretending he is other people through sock accounts?

A: No, because their 1950s platform is an anathema to voters. Better to hide it through complaining.

But SouthBirch wants America to go back to whites only and a slave based economy. He thinks 12 years a slave is a recruitment film with a pro-business message.
How anyone takes anything he and his various socks say as anything but a silly joke is beyond me.

So should there be no oversight of the government?

The ACA is a law created by democrats and implemented by them. I guess if the democrat opposition wanted the complete destruction of the democrat party it would have just skipped the government shutdown and allowed the healthcare.gov front page for a few weeks.

This is only the first chapter, if the law goes forward just wait till the average marketplace shopper tries to use the products they are selling.

5000 deductibles , restrictive provider / hospital networks. And of course the websites estimate of a 49 year old at 26 year old rates.

You mean no more window-dressing fake health plans, no more freeloaders, no more denial of coverage, and an eventual public option, and thus a population that will inevitably be healthier and more prosperous.

The law IS going to go forward -- Republicans can whine about it till the cows come home.

The stories slowly but surely coming out about the people who don't have coverage, but now have affordable coverage, are coming out. Of course, it's not as sexy to the corporate media as Republican tantruming, whining, crying, and scandalmongering. But does the right-wing really think they can remove what these people now have?

We don't have to worry about the complete destruction of the Democratic Party, because we'll always have stupid right-wing Republicans doing thinks like shutting down the government for no reason to remind everybody why the alternative is 1,000x worse.

under the plan people without insurance will have greater access. However the law has forced millions off there insurance.

Second is insurance has a benefit as long as providers can treat patients and of course the insurance is honored. The NYS poll of physicians mirrors most of the sentiment on Obamacare.

Only 23% of physicians polled will take the insurance.

“This is so poorly designed that a lot of doctors are afraid to participate,” observed Dr. Sam Unterricht, president of the 29,000-member New York Medical Society. “There’s a lot of resistance. Doctors don’t know what they’re going to get paid.”

Three out of four doctors stated that they are being forced to participate because of existing contractual obligations with an insurer, while only one in four of them “affirmatively” chose to sign up for the exchanges.

So of the 23% , 75% are participating because they are already obligated by contractual agreement. Leaving 6% who actually want to participate in exchange policies.

Thank god I'm a Aussie, living in the worlds most livable country; Democratic Australia, and not in America under the dictatorship of Mr Obama. But I do understand why Julia and Obama got on so well; they are both full of it.icon_redface.gif

But since there is no such thing as free healthcare, as someone is paying for it. Like in my tax I pay a nice sum into medicare levy, that supports our poor and lazy. I also pay for my own private health insurance too; that I am happy with.

TroyAthlete: Q: Can Republicans finally stop whining and put forth an agenda for America?

Yeah, it's called a return to limited, Constitutional government.

The Constitutional plan is to restore American freedom and prosperity by shrinking government and unleashing the private sector, according to America's founding principles.

The Obama/Statist/Democrat plan is to unleash government, without discernible limit, destroying American freedom and prosperity, according to Marxist delusions.

Detailed Constitutional plans to restore American freedom and prosperity have been provided by organizations like Heritage and Cato Foundations.

The Obama plan: A tax system so complex, filled with so many special interest quirks and tricks, that no one can understand it. Consult many different IRS counselors and get many different answers. Hoards of tax accountants, like witch doctors, spend countless hours interpreting the law and preparing huge piles of tax returns for individuals and businesses who can't understand the system, wasting huge amounts of resources. An abusive, corrupt, and out of control IRS.

A Constitutional plan: A fairer, simpler, pro-growth tax system.

The Obama plan: Buy votes using a corrupt, ever-expanding, unsustainable welfare state. Expand dependency on government, especially the federal government, at every opportunity, with unsustainable programs which reward Democrat special interests, and punish producers.

A Constitutional plan: Government assistance only to those who truly need help

The Obama plan: Psychotic spending, borrowing, and debt, with no discernible limits, until the dollar is destroyed, the economy collapses, and civil society is destroyed.

A Constitutional plan: Permanently balance the federal budget, taking 10 years at most.

The Obama plan: Government metastasizing without limit, controlling every aspect of peoples lives, even deciding when they should live and die, by controlling their access to health care. Rebirth of the Soviet Union.

A Constitutional plan: Government reduced to its constitutionally authorized powers

The Obama plan: Federalize and destroy the best healthcare system in the world.

A Constitutional plan: Health coverage for American workers and families through tax credits, premium assistance, and using free-market forces to reduce cost and increase competition.

The Obama plan: Socialism, which has never worked anywhere, spreading poverty and misery, except among the nomenklatura, the masterminds who live in luxury and control everyone else's lives. Examples: Cuba, North Korea, the former Soviet Union.

A Constitutional plan: Government reduced to its constitutionally authorized powers. A robust private sector, creating wealth, growing the economic pie, raising the standard of living of all citizens.

TroyAthlete: Can Southbeach finally stop pretending he is other people through sock accounts?

Here's a hint Sherlock: When a profile says "Member since: 09/20/08" it shouldn't be part of your Southbeach paranoia.

TroyAthlete: No, because their 1950s platform is an anathema to voters. Better to hide it through complaining.

Better to return to the freedom and prosperity of the 1950's than to march Forward to the miserable Soviet utopia which Obama and his lackeys offer.

They are all lying to us. Everyone I've ever voted for has lied.
    I lie. You lie too.
Some liars are also idiots. Those are the ones who concern me.
