Arms are more difficult to get results in any period of time because they are made up of less musculature than say the back or the chest
one thing will help in your workouts
The arms are 2/3's triceps...so tailor your workout regimen to that fact
if you have bigger triceps... you'll get more bang for your buck that way rather than bigger biceps

A quick search on these forums would have probably revealed a lot. Seems like this topic comes up only slightly less often than Onslaught in these forums icon_smile.gif

Don't do anything... They grow from shoulders, breast, back trainings... I am happy with it.

I don't do much. Maybe a couple sets at the end of back day. They get a pretty good workout with my back routine.

My experience exactly---I started making the best gains in my arms when I started focusing on the REST of my upper body instead.

For me, it seems that even when I don't focus on my arms they are the biggest beneficiaries of my other upper body exercises (to the detriment of my chest, even). I used to do preacher curls but I removed them out of redundancy.

Mine were not growing because my body was becoming to use to the weight so I'm now doing bicep curls with 30lbs dumbbells and the feel the burn that i'd been missing for so long. However instead of 5 even sets of 10 reps I can only make it to 10 reps, then two reps at 9 and the last two I only get to 8 but that something to work towards. icon_biggrin.gif

I would focus more on Tris thou. My tris are bigger then my bis and it makes my arms look much bigger.

Did most of you read the original post? It sounds like he's saying that everything else is growing, but not his arms.

I found the same thing recently. The rest of my body was growing, but not my arms. I threw in 2 arm only workouts a week (only about 20 - 30 minutes long) and they started to grow real fast.

Preacher curls can isolate the biceps pretty well.
