Lifting routines...

    For a guy trying to gain some mass..nothing spectacular just more lean muscle less fat nice body at the beach...

    How do you figure out what routine works best for you? Meaning...

    What muscles to work on what days....super sets vs regular sets....heavy weight/low rep vs. light weight/high rep....

    Is there a way to figure it out or is it trial and error?

    Please feel free to share your helpful websites, routines you use..etc...

    The best routine I've ever used is http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/index.html .

    I alternate between HST and 'normal' weight training for any parts that lag (my chest icon_razz.gif).
