Right now my current workout mix is mostly mainstream:
    Lady Gaga - Money Honey
    Fall Out Boy - I Don't Care
    Britney Spears - Circus, Mannequin
Leona Lewis - Better in Time (cooldown)
Katy Perry - Hot N Cold
    Killers - Human
Beyonce - Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)
PCD - When I Grow Up
Christina Aguilera - Keeps Gettin' Better

just to name a few. it varies when a new song always comes out.

Almost 100% classical music. Mostly very lively such as Rossini and Vivaldi.

Classical music, like Beethoven's Fifth Symphony. Or some of my own old piano recordings, transcribed from the original magnetic tapes. I go absolutely spastic on the equipment listening to the Schubert piano piece known as the "Wanderer Fantasy" -- LOL!

Yesterday, I listened to an incredible, new CD by the Herringbone Orchestra while I did cardio. Also, Jonatha Brooke's songs featuring Woody Guthrie lyrics.

I listen to rock when lifting and something a little more hard energy when I do cardio.

Of course when I need to do a really good workout, I listen to recordings of ObsceneWish reading a collection of pornographic stories from Nifty.org. icon_twisted.gif

I almost always listen to a 70min+ continuous DJ mix. Global DJ Broadcast (Markus Schulz) is my favourite.

I really do wish that Single Ladies song would go away, OP, and the Britney ones. Britney is a TERRIBLE choice for gym workouts, but each to their own! jake_benson & Beefy_Artist have wayyyy better taste in gym music icon_smile.gificon_twisted.gif

First, he tried to stuff the entire turkey leg down his throat like a python swallowing its kill. But even he, who was born without a gag reflex, could not manage the prize.

His frustration enlarged his desire. His eyes widened with mad delight as he wrapped his hand around the shaft of the turkey leg and pressed it to his lips, licking and kissing it, oblivious to the people milling about him. His mind raced. How would he give himself completely to the turkey leg, become one with it?

He was not the turkey and yet he wished to be stuffed. Once again, Eros had turned his life into theater of the absurd.

"I am not a turkey!" he shouted, tightening his grip on the huge, meaty bone....
