Just curious. Why are you trying to bulk? You look like you already have some meat on your body. Why not focus on lean muscle growth?

I'm trying to achieve a lean bulk which means eating clean and smart maximizing muscle growth and trying to keep fat low though I know some fat is inevitable I'll take care of that in a couple months when the next cut comes

So technically, you're not bulking. You're just eating correctly. icon_wink.gif

"Clean bulk" is an oxymoron when you really think about it.

not really. i have clean bulked for years, slowly adding muscle, and always keeping bodyfat 9-12% at the highest. So he can do that too.

It's just your opinion. Subjectivity does not make fact.

And just because it "may" be true doesn't mean that you have to say it, particularly when the guy was being helpful and not rude in the first placeicon_rolleyes.gif

Stick with protein shakes and add natural peanut butter to them -- not the ones with added garbage. You can even throw in a frozen banana in there too (peel the skin first, cut it up, and throw it in the freezer).

Reason: Once you want to cut it will be a lot harder to stay full if you're getting the majority of your calories from solid food.

Personally, I don't add calories for the sake of adding calories once I'm full, but we are all built differently. Good luck...

*As far as the egg suggestion check your cholesterol levels first. They also make gainer shakes, but I personally think they're filled with crap -- you're better off with peanut butter and a banana. Some will argue a bananas carbs derive from fructose which is only stored in the liver. BUT all natural ingredients is the way to go IMO.
