Can someone tell me if this set is OK to give muscles enough time to relax and get muscles growing?

I am focused on Chest and triceps, thats my goal. For each part of muscles I do 5 - 6 workouts on a day 3x9 reps

for example day 1 Chest 5-6 workouts & Triceps 5-6 workouts

    Day 1 - Chest & Triceps
    Day 2 - Legs & Abs
    Day 3 - Shoulders & Back
    Day 4 - biceps & Abs
    Day 5 - Chest & Triceps
    Day 6 - Rest
    Day 7 - Shoulders & Back
    Day 8 - Legs & Abs
    Day 9 - Chest & Triceps
    Day 10 - biceps & Abs
    Day 11 - Shoulders & Back
    Day 12 - Rest
    Day 13 - Chest & Triceps
    Day 14 - biceps & Abs

    Chest & Triceps - 4 times
    Shoulders & Back - 3 times
    Legs - 2 times
    Abs - 5 times
    biceps - 3 times
    Back - 3 times

First off, let me say that I don't think there is any routine that is "perfect"--just some are better than others in general, and some are better than others for certain reasons (ie. emphasis on legs, strength, etc.).

At a glance, I noticed that sometimes your back day is before your bicep day, and sometimes your bicep day is before your back day...those are synergistic muscles, so if your biceps are fatigued from the previous day, your back workout might suffer, and vice-versa.

Just a thought...other than that, you need to give more details (ie. exercises you use on the different days) for people to be able to critique your routine
