If you watch it often, any mental, physical, or sexual changes after giving it up or cutting back?

*thought I posted this in S&A. My apologies.

Are you asking if watching porn is an addiction?

No matter what you'll always relapse, sooner than later.

    A clean garage,

    New topiary garden,

500 pages on the next great American novel,

Not expecting my man to bend over 6 times a day:

    --things I would imagine possible.

After a period of watching porn everyday, I found myself dependent on it when j/o, or else the sensation wouldn't be as great. That can actually be bad if your mind is trained to depend on it.

Now I haven't been watching for about a month, and I'm fine without it. Retraining myself to not depend on it when j/o.

Depression, violence, in some instances deaths were reported. Talk to your doctor before you decide to lay off porn.

I kinda have an addiction to porn.

I am a perfectionnist and even if I'm just going for a quicky, I kinda refuse to ejaculate to some slightly arousing scene. I HAVE to find the day's original and super-exciting scene. Then I will browse the scene for the best camera angle and most intense sequence. And then I will shoot.

Sometimes, it takes hours, no kidding.

Then I realize I spent way too much time on something I could've got done in 15 minutes or less and I feel ridiculous.

I'm not addicted to porn per se, I can easily have sex and be aroused without any of it... But uuuugh.

I suggest you start de-sensitizing yourself, by only watching lesbian porn. In a very short time you will be able to come just to be able to turn this shit off

thebearerofbadnews saidwell.. heard it has made people desensitized when it comes to sex. dunno if it's true.

I think so. I can't speak from experience about sex but I can't j/o the same without it, which is not good.

I tried cutting porn videos off totally but when I started back in there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. I would only make sense if you had a wife or dedicated partner.

But your man bending over 6 times a day keeps him active and healthy. I am sure he thanks you for the fact that he can remain so flexible. Good job, sir. icon_wink.gif
