Do you know any straight people who wear pink? Do you think they're secretly gay? Pink has always been a gay color and guys don't normally wear it. What do you think?

Some of my colleagues say purple is a gay color. Really it doesn't matter and I have seen straight people wearing pink shirts. Not a problem.

I saw a teenage boy yesterday wearing a pink short sleeved shirt and a matching pink cast on his left arm.

I think I was being reasonable. I think they're people out there who are closeted but they're scared to come out. They wear pink(or purple) as a signal to show everyone that they're gay.

Dunno... IIRC, pink Izods were part of the standard wardrobe for fraternity douchebags in the 80's.

Highschool logic. Pink is probably the most manly color, since it is the one color that a staggeringly large amount of men are afraid to wear.

I think breast cancer awareness is an exception. It's only for that single day Pink is still associated with gayness.

Yeah, I remember in middle-school, a friend of man wore a shirt that said," Tough guys wear pink." Pretty funny if you ask me.

I never thought ppl that wore pink were gay. That's such a stupid rationale. Like as if to wear a color to secretly let the world kno they're gay.... i wear pink, im gay, everyone! *wink wink

More than anything I associate pink with children and kids. usually girls.

I think the current trend has more to do with women's promotion of breast cancer support and awareness

I remember one time, I wore a pink purse around my shoulder. It was full of hundreds of pennies and I needed money to buy food. I didn't care if It was pink. After a really long walk around the city, I got stopped buy a high school kid. Pretty big guy looked like a geek, and he asked me about the weather. Then he commented on my purse in a genuine matter, and he said that it looked good.

My point was that he stopped me because he was gay. He took my purse as a signal or some kind of sort. It happened to me again with a well-groomed and feminine acting freshmen. He was walking with a bunch of girls, made eye contact my purse and eyes, I looked back and he looked away. These things are really subtle, I can easily pick it up.

If you guys wanna test this out, go buy a pink shirt and walk out in public. See what happens.

Wait, do you guys even have a pink shirt in your wardrobe? Lol

Pink hasn't always been a gay color, it was common for men less than 100 years ago.

I've seen a ton of guys wear pink that are not gay. It would be a big mistake to associate that color with just gays! icon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gificon_rolleyes.gif
