Has anyone had phenomenal results with medical tests after changing to a paleo, vegetarian, gluten-free, or other diet?

Just wondering. I have hereditary high cholesterol from my Dad. 250 was my last combined cholesterol even though I ate well and without eating fast food. Then I changed my diet to gluten-free and load up every day with probiotic foods. I don't know what to expect in a few months when I go for a physical again but I would hope things changed dramatically. How has your diet changed your test results? I lost about 10 pounds easy for one thing.

    Yes...

Paleo for me was a magic bullet. It really did make everything better. I changed so many things... not sure what specific thing was the best. For me Paleo really made not just one thing... but a million things better.

Cool. I've noticed lots of changes especially how my body is working and no more intestinal problems except when I cheat and have a sugar dessert.

I had truly phenomenal results with medical tests after I started praying to Jesus. Jesus saves.
