    We're under, but we go through this every 7-10 days mass increase of about 30 - 40 cents a gallon with all stations raising their prices within about 15 minutes of each other... Sherman Antitrust anyone.

    And btw, for anyone else in a market like mine where you have these mass increase in what seems like minutes, there's this app:

    For android, but there's likely an iOS version too. It can be set up to text or email when these mass increases begin allowing you time to go top off. Probably saves me a couple hundred bucks per year.

    Edit: yep, there's mobile for iPhone, Windows Phone and Dingleberry in addition to Android
