Hey everyone! So i'm new to this whole website! and so far it's pretty awesome! Alright so listen up!! i'm Really skinny i'm like 120! 5'8 and i dnt wanna be SUPER MUSCULAR but i do want a bit of a toned buddy! I'm looking a training buddy that can help me out maybe or something? should i start doing push ups? set ups? something i can start doing at home i dnt have a gym memebership! i'm NOT trying to LOOSE WEIGHT here lol.
