Do Not Take Even A Little More Of The Recommended Dose of Acetaminophen (ex: Tylenol)

It could possibly damage your liver and even result in your death. So people originally switched to Tylenol (acetaminophen) because it does not have the gas issues that aspirin and ibuprofen may have. But what most people don't realize is that it is much easier to overdose on acetaminophen than aspirin or ibuprofen.

I thought that everyone knew this? Also don't use it with alcohol for the same reason. Also check the labels of any OTHER OTC medications you may be using. Many of them may contain acetaminophen as a minor ingredient. But all of those doses add up.

Personally, I just don't use it.
