The USPS should offer this to everyone. Not just Amazon.

This is actually pretty big news. It works for Amazon and any other company that regularly ships packages. Guaranteed, the Post Office will be owned by Amazon in less than five years.

sounds like a good idea, if in fact you have a decent post office. Unfortunately I do not.

My post office has to be the WORST in the country. 90069.

You get everyones mail but your own. I had a carrier shove a "do not bend" stiff envelope that had 13 dollars of postage on it in a doorjam.

He did this in my line of site and when i confronted him on it he said "next time i will bend it"

And there is the dreaded orange mail slip, the person who handles that in the Weho post office sometimes goes on a coffee break, and will yell and scream at you if you ask how long the "searching" will take for your item.

Or the times when our whole block gets no mail on a day. Makes ya go hmmm....

About 5 years ago I bought a UPS post box and have any package I can mailed there. They are nice and let you know when a package is in for you by text. Many of my neighbors have the same idea and they have sold all of there boxes and a few others are opening up.

In the Weho Post office 90069 there are MANY boxes open which is rare in a post office.

How is the Post Office still open? Yet I'm sure Amazon chose the PO over UPS for a reason. Maybe UPS didn't want to start Sunday deliveries.

Wait, the post service is still around? Seriously? How can this be? This is the worst make-work program ever made up. It only exists to this day because the people who work there demand to continue it, otherwise, no one else cares.

The post office is a LOT cheaper than UPS of FedEx for small packages.
